Cosnett, known for his critical approach to Kosovo's justice system, has written on the social Twitter network, saying the Pristina Foundation Court should hold timely hearings, not after the legal deadline for the trial of the subject has passed.
The Pristina Constitutional Court has recently released several suspects in the case of corruption known as KEK, with the reasoning that the subject is old. Courts must hold timely hearings. Justice can only come to the country if the cases are heard before the legal deadline for testing” expires.
