Colak says Kosovo-Serbia deal without US involvement

He has made these comments on the Tier B show in Klan Kosova, adding that he does not think France and Germany have enough political will to support any solution between Kosovo and Serbia, and much more to implement it.
Everything that has been achieved in the Western Balkans so far bears the seal of American administration engagement. As an Albanian people, we have enough evidence to come to that conclusion. There will be no kind of agreement between Kosovo and Serbia without the involvement of the United States”.
“We have not deviated from the agreement we made with Serbia in 2013. But Serbia bears the blame for not implementing this agreement. It through its influence in northern Kosovo has been unable to realise this” agreement.
It's very good that a meeting like the Berlin Summit has taken place, but it's not supposed to be bypassed by the United States. It is important that there is now a new push from Germany and France to this very delicate and complicated process”.
Of course, Kosovo's final destination is full integration into the Eurozone Union. But Kosovo's newest story has proved that in all agreements regarding stability and security in the region, the US has had a leading role. The agreement in April 2013 would never take place without the involvement of the United States”.
This does not make up for me innovation, nor should it be questioned. Germany and France are aware of the role the United States has in Kosovo. So I think the goal of these two countries is to give this process new support”.
