According to the indictment, defendants F. TH. and L.M., on January 24, 2019, about 4: 00 p.m., in Pristina's St. Gnjilan magistrate, exactly in the village of Pontesh, without authorization, with the aim of selling and distributing, have transported narcotics of marijuana, weighing 52.37kg.
Defendant F. TH., after a preliminary agreement, had taken the narcotic substance from an unknown person in Prizren, with cases in his vehicle, the same on the terms of the deal it had to be transported to the L.M. defendant who had been waiting in the parking lot at the N.C. Trade Center. ) ETCU, in Gjilan.
F. TH, it was detained in the village of Ponesh by police, where narcotic substances were seized in the trunk of the vehicle, while the other defendant L.M. was arrested while waiting for the substance, in which they were found money in many of the 2,000 euros for compensation under the deal.
In this way, defendants in co-ordination have committed criminal acts of ownership, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotrope and analogs under the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code.
