Ymer: We don't stop young people with resolutions, deal with the reasons why they're leaving.

Ymer has said that it should initially analyze the main causes that are driving young people out of Kosovo, and then see how this issue can be resolved.

He said that at this stage, migration is no longer an individual definition, but political will.

A resolution does not solve this issue, even if we all vote on it. We can find that by individual definition, migration is becoming political will. So we need to analyze the causes in this regard.
