He will hold 75 percent of his shares in the Amazon, while his ex-wife, at once the company's co-founder, will own the rest, which makes up only 4 percent of the company, writes The Sun.
The rest of the stock, 12 percent, which will hold Jeff Bezos, is estimated to be $100 billion, which means he will hold the title of the richest person in the world.
Before the breakup, Jeff Bezos had 16 percent of his Amazon shares, worth $140 billion.
Divorce has also enabled Jeff Bezos to take up his wife's share in the Washington Post and Blue Origin, taking the right to her vote within the boards of these companies.
Only a few of the details of the divorce were made known in several posts on the social network online.
Bezos and MacKKenzie were married 25 years ago.
Shortly after the couple made a public divorce, Jeff Bezos was meeting with former host Lauren Sanchez.
One of her friends says they're very in love, and they plan on marrying Jeff right after Jeff's divorce with his ex-wife.
