Kosovo Parliament Speaker Kadri Veselini has remembered Shkelzen Haradinaj on the 20th anniversary of his fall.
Wessel wrote on Facebook that eternal glory will stand on the name of Shkelzen and all the heroes of the nation.
The 1999 resolution was the bloodiest season in our national history. An entire people were fighting for life and death with the Serbian genocide. The best KLA boys in those days were falling witnesses around Kosovo. Among them was Shkelzen Haradinaj, who as today 20 years ago witnessed freedom. Eternal glory will stand upon his name and all the heroes of the nation”, Wessel wrote.
