Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq has landed in distant China to absorb over a billion euro investment in his country, but not forgetting Kosovo as well.
As Novosti reports, President Vuciq is staying in China for the protection of “national interests regarding Kosovo”.
Meanwhile, the paper argues that these meetings will be used by Vuciq to strengthen his position before difficult meetings in Berlin, where Kosovo will be present.
“Tacks are an opportunity to strengthen Serbia's stance once again in relation to Kosovo, and under the circumstances of mounting pressure from the West and ahead of meetings next week that will have Vuciq with European leaders in Berlin”, the paper says.
According to them, these support for Serbia's positions is particularly needed on the subject of the “final agreement”, under which a legally binding agreement is being sought.
Especially to meet the EU's demand, led by Germany, is planning to put the table down by the end of October to sign a legally binding agreement between the two sides.
Otherwise, on April 29th in Berlin, representatives of Kosovo and Serbia will be gathered to discuss the line of dialogue. The meeting will be held under the auspices of Chancellor Merkel and President Macron.
