Vetevendosje in Podujevo: April 1st, Day of Agim Veliu

The banner located at this facility, according to the VV, has revealed the promises and lies of the first Podujevo. The city square, the hospital, the culture house, and the bus station are some of them that are located on the site.

According to the secretary of this party in this centre, Bahri Selimi, Veliu's promises, which, according to Selimi, have not been realised, have also been presented at this banner.

“Today as it is known is April 1st, which is internationally known as Rain Day, so for this day we have organised a symbolic action, a action that has largely to do with the fall of Agim Veliu. And we thought there would be no better day for you to dispute with, and it would be better for Agim Veliu. Here we've shown his promises that haven't been realized”, he said.

He added that this country was established, as he called it, only a few of the lies and promises made many years ago.

We have placed the city square over here, the square that has been promised, and it has not been realised when it is known how much the Podujevo Community needs for such a square. Then the bus station and all that we've presented, but there's still just a few of the many promises President Veliu has promised during the election campaigns, not only in the latter, but there are projects here that were done seven and eight years ago that have never been realized. This action is only symbolic that reflects the fall and unfulfilled promises of Agim Veliut”, Selimi has said.

Meanwhile, advisers, members and activists of this subject have also taken photos at other locations in the city, which, according to them, present the promises of the head of the municipality, that they, according to the VV, have not been fulfilled.
