On April 10th 2019, in the village of Blace of Elez Khan, the 20th anniversary of the Serbian genocide and ethnic cleansing “Blace 99” will be marked, where on the same day the bell of the Serbian Genocide Museum will be placed. In this case, under the auspices of Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, the train which had carried over 400 Albanians would [...]
Prime Minister's adviser, also appointed Dossite for Missing Persons Issue, Jahja Luka, in an interview for Online Economy, said that to remember this act of genocide, the memorial will be created, or Museum of Serbian Genocide in Blace.
On April 10th, April 14th is the cornerstone of the Serbian Genocide Memorial Centre “Blaca 99), since in Blace in 99 they have spent over 440 thousand Albanians at the exit gate for Macedonia, and the government has made the decision to create the memorial or Museum of the Serbian Genocide in Blace”, Luka said.
“ ...in this case, we'll be able to send a train that has been carrying refugees and it'll be a museum, I'll stay in the refugee camp place, we'll set up the bell and then we'll announce a contest for the Museum because we don't want it to be an improvised Museum, but we'll have a chance of genocide and testimony to all of this Serbian genocide that has taken place during the”, Luka added.
He said this is the best way to disseminate the Serbian genocide committed in Kosovo, where Serbia, according to him, had begun the ethnic cleansing of Albanians long ago.
“If we want to sue Serbia for genocide, the reason and the event of ethnic cleansing is the main basis for such a charge in all international instances, it should be said that this is not the beginning, ethnic cleansing has followed much earlier, there are dozens of Serbian programmes for Kosovo's ethnic cleansing from Nechertania to the Academy of Sciences of Serbia, but this has been the last effort and thanks to God we have survived and will now testify and argue in the Museum in Blla”, Lupi told the Economist Online.
Luka announced that artifacts, exhibits, and so on will be presented for the marking of this day.
“There will be artifacts collected by all Albanians who have passed by and we are appealing to be in Blace on April 10th, 14, where Kosovo leaders will be, we will have a special programme and an exhibition of photographs of Albanian refugee camps will be opened and we will also have a poetry rally where about 100 poets from all of Albania's” will take part, he said.
Luka said that all preparations have been completed, where a way of writing was opened to the camp at that time.
We've completed the preparations, we've opened a road to where the camp was, we've finished the railway I'm staying in, and we're hoping that Kosovo will finally have a museum that's missing for the testimony of Serbian genocide in Kosovo”, he added.
