The camera caught the faces of the three during the ceremony. The images indicate that the chief officer Wessel was in good shape. On the other hand, Thaci did not come out of his serious nature today. And Prime Minister Haradinaj, as often, seemed sleepy.

This is one of their rare presentations. They are not often seen together.

In recent months, there were rumours that reports between leaders had waned because of the 100 per cent move on Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Viewing the conflicting positions among leaders on the issue, media reported that there were clashes. Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj is keeping the tax in force now four months, despite international pressure. Chief speaker Kadri Wessel had said the tax should be suspended for 120 days, though at first he had supported the decision as such. While President Thaci's stance is that the tax be lifted because it is what international friends, America and the European Union are seeking./ P ERISCOPI/
