Shooting with firearms, heavy theft, attempted theft, endangering public traffic and for two cases of slight bodily injury are cases that have been opened by Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor for Adnan Potter.
Adnan Pottera was beginning to become known for Pristina's Constitutional Prosecutorship in December 2009. Penal speculation was accepted by the Kosovo Police, against Potter for a serious <x0-year-long”.
Less than a year later, Potter was mentioned again in the Kosovo Police. In February 2010 and August of that year, two criminal charges went to Potter. Both stories had been about minor bodily injuries.
“On 18.12.2009, the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, has accepted criminal outcry from the Kosovo Police, counted with PPM-368-1219, against A.P., in the direction of criminal work “The heavy sentence” by Article 235 of the former Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo”.
“on 03.08.2010, Pristina Constitutional Prosecutorate, has accepted a criminal disseminatement recorded with PPM-236-9/2010, against the same, in the direction of the criminal act “The light body launch” by Article 153 of the former Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo”.
“on 27.02.2010, this prosecutor has accepted criminal outcry against the person in words recorded with the PPM-94-7/2010, in terms of the criminal act “The slight bodily departure” by Article 153 of the former Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo”, says in response to Pristina's Constitutional Prosecutor for Inseder.
By February 2012, a criminal outcry had also been handed over to Potter. He was suspected of attempted theft. And in 2013, Potter was involved in another offense. It had caused widespread traffic risks.
On 29.02.2012, this prosecutor has accepted a criminal record with PP. II.nr. 1182/12, against A.P., as a co-chairman, in the direction of criminal activity “attempted <x1x2> by Article 252 of the former KPRK”.

The cases in Pristina's Constitutional Prosecutorship, against Adnan Potter, were back last year. To him, a criminal complaint had been made about unauthorized possession of weapons and the cause of bloody danger. For the last case, the prosecution had filed an indictment and ended up in court.
“On 15,11.2018, the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina has accepted criminal rowing, against A.P., in the direction of criminal acts “Cause of total risk” by Article 365, as well as “withholding ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons” by Article 374 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo. The prosecutor of the case, concerning the case in question, in 19,02.2019, has filed charges against the same one, which the case has ended with Aktju”, says in the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's response to Insideder.
While Potter's last case, where he claims someone tried to kill him, investigations are under way.
What happened on Tuesday when 24-year-olds were fired
The 24-year-old from Podujevo had managed to avoid three bullets that hit his car while it was on the move.
The event took place in the village of Sibovc of the Podujevo municipality. Adnan's family claims that their son had been killed by someone.
Immediately after the case came to the site of the Kosovo Police, the latter took the vehicle for examination, currently no suspects and are working to whiteen the event.
Adnan Pottere indicated the background of what happened the night before and, according to him, had managed to escape bullets.
I'm going to drive you to Podujevo. I'm listening by the way. I've heard a bullet in the window. I've got the back and I'm sitting down from there.
Potter said that anyone who may have shot at him intended to kill him.
The target is only to kill me for what I don't know a bullet in the back. There's a request.
