Special Court, family and Hope requires meeting with Haradinaj

“Family and Hope, the association of family members of 86 people killed and disappeared from Kline in the 1999 Kralan massacre, has called for a meeting with Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj. The representative of this association, Zana Byqyi, through a communique for the media, says the purpose of this meeting is to hand over the prime minister's demands of this association, which date back to 13 November for the fulfillment of the Special Court Law, through which they request that the crimes of Serbs committed against Albanian civilians be tried.
We will personally hand over to you all the written requests we've made since 13 November 2016, the entire institutions of the Republic of Kosovo, all political parties, all parliamentarians of the past legislation, for completing the corrupt law for the special court's secretive claims against members of the KLA for war crimes, law and court, which have housed Serbia and its criminals from crimes committed against Kosovo Albanian civilians”, it is said in calling the Association Familija and Hope.
In calling on this association, the prime minister and other leaders cannot be reasoned for failing to enforce the Special Law, which this association calls evil.
While during the previous parliament, you could reason that you didn't have enough support from other parties in parliament, now your reasoning doesn't stand. Now you have the parliamentary majority and you are able to collect simple majority votes for passing new laws. You are now in a position to garner enough votes even to fulfill the evil law of 2015”, points out family and Hope.
This association, among other things, has warned that it will not stop until their demands are met, adding that it is shameful how through the Special Court vote, Kosovo forgave Serbia and its criminals from crimes against Albanian civilians.
