Shala, along with cabinet chief Durim Limaj and KIESA chief chief chief, has met with Secretary for Foreign Investment at the Ministry of Economy of the United Emirates Abdulla Ahmed Al Saleh.
The minister stressed that with Al Saleh they have talked amicably and have announced the opportunities Kosovo offers for investment, stressing that our countries are friends, and that friendship should continue to cultivate, by becoming more economically connected.
The UN “Emirities are an example of how a natural resource has become a means of development, but relevant economic policies have already made it not the main economic generator. We must use our human and economic capital in order to continue with the creation of relevant policies that absorb more investors, increase employment, export and develop the country”, Minister Shala stressed during the meeting.
Minister Shala is staying in the United Arab Emirates at the annual investment conference, on the theme: “Platform for World Investment”, where 140 countries from different countries in the world are participating, and among them the Republic of Kosovo.
