Sami Lushtaku tells why he didn't become chairman PDK in Skenderaj

The candidate for the post of PDK branch chairman in Skenderaj, Sami Lushtaku reacts after reports of tension and physical clashes today in a PDK sub-side in the village of Upper Klin.
