Research conducted in Great Britain several years ago describes the status of mothers like that of the “Smart Generia”, the exhausted generation.
In particular, women who became mothers after the age of 30 and before the age of 40 have decided at least the part about work.
In the first three years of their children's lives, these mothers show serious signs of psychophysic stress and psychologists from around the world agree, claiming that above all these mothers need a break just to recharge their batteries.
And if money or time doesn't allow you to spend so long, even one afternoon with friends or a walk in the village will produce the desired effect.
