But he must understand that “people's personal space is important”, the House of Representatives head added.
A second woman has pressed charges against Biden, who is considering competing for the White House in the 2020 elections.
He has said that he does not believe that he has ever acted improperly.
What are the charges?
The latest charges come from Amy Lappos a 43-year-old former aider of the Democrat Congress.
She says that Biden improperly touched her into a fund-gathering organisation at a private house in Hartford, Connecticut in 2009. She told Hartford Courant, that then the vice president went into the kitchen to thank a group of assistants before he supported both hands around her face and pulled her to touch her nose.
Lappos called on Biden not to run for the White House, saying the “anfinity is not okay, the objectification of women is not right”.
As last week, Lucy Flores said that Biden had put two hands on her shoulders from behind and that she had kissed her head from behind. According to her, this had happened when she was running for governorship of Nevada in 2014.
