It has been five years since these 13 locals have been unfinished, as part of the business centre project by the Public Banking Company.
While there had been two verdicts by the Constitutional Court and also that of Appeals, both sides, the Pristina municipality, along with the Kosovo Archbishop, had sought revision at the Supreme Court, KTV reports.
The latter, this year, has confirmed the Court of Appeals' decision and the right to exploit property in the area where the premises are built, has given it to the Kosovo Archbishop.
The Supreme Council is looking for from the Pristina municipality, which is located in the cathedral's object and at the resorts of Idyvii, as long-term users.
But, the Pristina municipality has won at another point.
On February 19th 2002, the Municipal Assembly of Pristina had given the island 1.2 hectares of land, including the public roads such as “George Bush” and “Bill Clinton” and the ATK object.
The decision had changed later, but the Archbishop had sought compensation with a land elsewhere of 5 thousand and 345 square metres.
At this point, the Supreme One has turned down the Bishop's request and granted the Pristina municipality rights.
While the decision has not been seen by the Archbishop or the Pristina municipality, the president of the latter, Shpend Ahmeti, has said that in the conflict there have been areas where the locals are built and, based on this, the premises will be destroyed and no building permit will be given.
But, even Kosovo's chief Archbishop, Don Lus Gjergji, has said the premises have had to be destroyed for years.
The latter have now used the basement of the facility and built a so - called multimedia centre, which is expected to be inaugurated in mid - April.
