Civil society representatives, however, have remarks as to the participation of the heads of state.
According to them, Kosovo's position in this summit will be weakened because it does not co-ordinate leaders.
“Kosovo must have a position, a stance which is clear and firm which affirms Kosovo's declaration of independence, the decision of the Court of Justice, which has sealed our citizenship on this border”, said Taulant Kryeziu from the Epic Institute.
While Kryeziu Progress by the Group for Political and Juridical Studies (GLSP), considers that the emphasis on this event should be on creating preconditions on how Kosovo-Serbia dialogue should continue.
Kryeziu does not expect an agreement reached on this summit.
Otherwise, the Kosovo Democratic Institute, through an open letter, has expressed concern over the lack of an unpopular position.
KDI has called for leaders in this summit to appear unanimously in relation to dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia.
