Rekaliu has made it known through a post in his Facebook account, where he has shown the request made to the head parliament, Kadri Wessel.
This is the LDK deputy post:
Dear citizens,
Since I received the MP's mandate, I have always committed myself to addressing the problems, problems and concerns of the citizens of my country, in the highest instance of civic representation.
We have all recently witnessed that many citizens, especially young people, are not leaving their way to escape Kosovo in search of a better and more dignified life.
This disturbing fact has touched me because the plight and problems of young people have been a priority of my work and engagement over the years.
Dear friends,
Recent reports indicate an increase in the number of Kosovo citizens who are wanting to leave the country.
So to discuss this issue, with the support of other parliamentary colleagues we have initiated parliamentary debate on the subject “Emptying the country of young people as the biggest threat facing Kosovo after the war --”.
This is a concern that bothers us all, so I hope to address the most powerful in order to pressure the Government of Kosovo to draft concrete plans and strategies to improve this situation.
