On April 29th and 30th, 5 doctors from Europe's largest centre for treating children with cancer will arrive in Kosovo, “Prances Maxima”.
The news has revealed the health minister, Ismaili Bridge.
Ismaili has announced that this is happening under the agreement they signed last year with this centre in the Netherlands. The goal of the partnership between two hospital centres is to optimise medical care for cancer-related children at QKUK, in order to raise their survival rate.
Last “Votin in the Netherlands signed a very important co-operation agreement with Europe's largest centre for treating cancer children “Prances Maxima”. Now, on April 29th and 30th, doctors and experts from this centre will come to Kosovo to start training for our medical staff and development of diagnostic programmes based on best practices in Europe. Through the diagnosis and best treatment of time, we will increase the quality of service and the degree of child recovery from this disease”, the minister Ismaili wrote.
