The Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the Easter bombings in Sri Lanka, where 300 people remained dead.
The terrorist group gave no evidence of his claim.
Earlier, Sri Lankan Defence Minister Ruwan Wijewardene said the attacks were a response to the attack on Christchurch, New Zealand, translated Periscope.
“preliminary innovations have shown that what happened in Sri Lanka was a revenge for the attack on Muslims in Christchurch,” Wijeardene said. Neither the minister had offered any evidence for his claims.
