Nassa has detected and measured what scientists are calling the <x0-meters in March”, making this historic event because no earthquake has ever been recorded outside the earth.
This historical news came five months after the first InSight robot, the spacecraft specifically designed in the study of the deep interior of the remote world, touched the surface of Mars to begin a two-year seismological mission, writes The Guardian, follows Periscope.
This earthquake had occurred on April 6, this year.
Scientists are still examining the data to draw the conclusion because of the precise signal, but the quake appears to have come from inside the planet, not from any force outside the surface, such as the wind.
The chilling was so weak that if it happened in southern California it would not be noticed the cause of dozens of Seismological swings that occur daily there.
The surface of the red planet is extremely calm in comparison with the earth, so it is news. /Periscope
