The passing of rule of order and law as the Government's top priority included the fight against informal economy, which fuels crime and demotifies regular businesses, thus hitting the state budget and the functioning of the law. Kosovo's government has taken measures, including the revision of the Strategy for Combating the Non-form Economy, drafting the concept of the document on the removal of the administrative burden, as well as drafting and adopting the Law for Inspection”, it has written.
Kosovo's prime minister has also written that it aims to reduce the informal economy significantly by the end of 2019
“Krahas these measures, I have launched the initiative to identify specific interventions in fighting the informal economy with the aim of significantly reducing it by the end of 2019. At the Co-ordination Group meeting on the informal economy discussion, together with the ministers of the line and responsible actions, we agreed that Kosovo needs increased mobilization and non-compromism against informality.”, it has ended. /Periscopi/
