He said he expects Kosovo to receive the visa liberalisation signal at this summit.

Haradinaj issued this statement at the International Pristina Fair 2019, which has started today.

Along with Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj at the summit, to be held April 29th in Berlin, Kosovo President Hashim Thaci will go.
