Eleven years ago, through the highest judicial-political act, Kosovo was sealed as an independent and sovereign state, a sovereign and multiethnic democracy, young, liberal in its idea and Western spirit.
Thus has Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj written in his congratulations on the Day of Constitution.
Kosovo's “Constitution is a shield of human rights and freedoms, and the culmination of a common home -- of Albanians and non-US communities -- on the principles of freedom, democracy and justice”, Haradinaj points out.
Haradinaj says Kosovo citizens have written chapters of a modern Constitution, with the force of freely expressed will, with which they rating rights and obligations in equality.
