Glorious: Liverpool fans change the profile picture, put the man who brings the title

With City defeating Crystal Palace, Tottenham and Man Utd in recent weeks, Liverpool now needs Burnley, Leicester, or Brighton to get a positive result against the citizens in order for them to win the league.

First for the Guardillas team, it will be a difficult trip to Turf Moor to confront Sean Duche's team on Sunday, Periscope follows.

Burnley doesn't have the survival of Premier League mathematically, but it's practically impossible.

And Liverpool is praying that Burnley can do them a great favor and get some point from City.
