The high representative is ready to call back a dialogue, but it is clear that the Government of Kosovo must suspend taxes to ensure a quick continuation of the dialogue,” she said.
After the summit in Berlin and the decision to discuss dialogue again in early July in Paris, Kocijanci said Brussels welcomes any efforts supporting dialogue with EU mediation.
Any meeting supporting the dialogue is useful, can contribute and support, but the dialogue is only the one mediating the EU”, Kocijanciq said.
The EU spokeswoman says last night's Berlin meeting gave her the opportunity for a informal, open and honest exchange of views.
“The meeting showed an important signal of engagement between the two member states -- Germany and France -- together with others, with the aim of offering future support and greater commitment to the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue mediated by the EU”, Kocijanciq said.
She added that the chief of EU diplomacy in bilateral talks with leaders of the Western Balkans in Berlin confirmed the importance and dedication to regional co-operation, good neighbourly relations and reconciliation.
She announced that the EU will continue to have contacts with regional leaders on May 8th and 9th, when Mogherin will attend the Brdo Brione meeting in Tirana
