Hoxhaj said these domestic elections are not only the internal race for who will be in the structures of the Democratic Party of Kosovo in Prizren, but it is the race which is starting for the PDK to restore Prizren.
He added that politics has internal competitions, but the most important contests are what we do with political subjects -- foreign races.
Even Kosovo 2019 is not what it was until 2014, The PDK is leading the country in the centre. Today in 2019, internationals trust Kosovo less, but citizens also trust Kosovo less.
