Elijah Cummings, chairman of the commission for investigating senior officials, who is also a member of the Democratic Party, warned that opening the dismissal procedures could begin soon.

The American president's dismissal procedure is otherwise known as “Impeachment” and President Bill Clinton was subjected to this procedure, but the Republicans (at that time in opposition) failed to bring Clinton down.
