According to a new study, only 10 minutes of walking during the week can reduce the likelihood of early death.
Public health in England (PHE) has found that four out of ten middle - aged people in England do not walk 10 minutes in a month, and this has alarmed society.
To avoid danger, researchers from the PHE have said that a rapid daily walk is enough to reduce the risk of early death to 15 percent.
