He says his first impressions of Halit were positive.
“In 1998, soldiers came to Kosovo from all sides. An exile had come with 18 thousand deutschmarks in order to help a military unit. Xhavit Haliti has told him he had the potential to risk and enter Kosovo, or go to the military bases that existed in Albania”, he said.
Commander “Cobra” says Xhavit Haliti to the unwell-equipped soldiers prepared for war, recommended that they go to the defence ministry's bases for training.
