There was a lot of fuss about the Government's decision to share a sum for the reconstruction of Notre Dames. However, it seems that we have packed for a little bit, since the government has allocated a symbolic amount of 20 thousand euros for the reconstruction of Notre Dame, the cathedral in which the Kosovo flag was also in marking the anniversary of the end of World War I.
The Kosovo government has earmarked 20 thousand euros from the reserve spending category in order to express solidarity and support for the reconstruction of the Notre-Dame cathedral in Paris, following damage caused by fire.
The decision was made at today's cabinet meeting.
Otherwise, Notre Dame was burned this week after a fire believed to have been caused by a short electrical circuit during the repair of the 800-year-old object.
After the burning of Notre Dame in the world has started collecting funds to help rebuild the cathedral and up until yesterday over 1 billion euros have been collected.
