Berlin summit, Rashi says tax could be lifted while dialogue resumes in June

Politologist Rashit has given four (4) goals, which he says involves countries in the Western Balkans directly.

Rashit says that the April 29th meeting can produce good news and also bad news.

It says that the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue issue is not expected to be the main topic, because according to him, Germany and France, do not take steps on such a major issue, without the United States of America ( US and European Union (BE).

The Berlin summit is being assessed as a clear indication of the active involvement of Germany and France in trying to unblock Kosovo talks ʹ Serbia, which could lead to final agreements.
