In an organised discussion with the Security Council on this topic, Albania's ambassador to the UN, Besiana Kadare, has deemed it unacceptable that in the UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres' report, the Kosovo case was not included today, writes “Koha Ditore”.
At Germany's initiative, a special hearing of debate has been held at the UN Security Council, where a historical report by UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres was presented, denouncing examples of the shameful practice of sexual violence of countries in conflict.
One of the most unlitable crimes for which no justice has been committed in Kosovo has been the crime of organised and deliberate rapes of the Serbian military, police and paramilitary forces in the late years of the century's newly left behind, but not included in Antonio Guterres' report.
