Ambassador of the United States of America to Pristina, Mr. Philip S. Costett has made a tweet on his Twitter profile to congratulate Kosovo on its ratification day 11 years ago.
It has removed a fragment from the Constitution saying that “people are determined to build a future for Kosovo as free, democratic and peaceful, and will be home to all its citizens”.
Costett has congratulated all those “working to turn those words into reality” by referring to the current political situation instead of having Ramush Haradinaj.
