Serbian media have been alarmed because of a statement by Montenegrin Minister Mehmed Zenka, who has said that Kosovo is champion in the Balkans in respect of minorities.
The Minister for Minority Rights in Montenegro's government, Mehmed Zenka, has nervous Serbian media with a statement concerning respect for the minotive rights in Kosovo.
