Albanian Minister in Montenegro: Balkans receiving lessons from Kosovo, champion of minority respect

Serbian media have been alarmed because of a statement by Montenegrin Minister Mehmed Zenka, who has said that Kosovo is champion in the Balkans in respect of minorities.

The Minister for Minority Rights in Montenegro's government, Mehmed Zenka, has nervous Serbian media with a statement concerning respect for the minotive rights in Kosovo.

He has said that Kosovo is a leader in the Balkans in respect of minority rights”.

Zenka has said in Ulcinj that Europe is global with Montenegro, but that Kosovo is the champion of respect for minority rights.
