Environment and Spatial Planning Minister from the ranks of Behgjet Pacolli's party, Fatmir Matoshi, has said it is still unclear why private depositors received some 280 thousand euros on behalf of the expropriation.
Matoshi has said he doesn't know what happened to that money, he says the ministry he is leading is looking at the possibilities of how this was done, even though 280 thousand euros from the private finishers have been taken from Kosovo's budget.
“We are considering what happened”, Matoshi said briefly, not knowing what happened.
Like any other minister, Matosh has tried to evade responsibility, saying the Ministry of Finance and Infrastructure is responsible for this.
