Understanding agreement has been signed between the AKP and the Public Administration Ministry for expropriation of Ljubljana Bank property and Metal Holding.
Director AKP Manager Mr. Valon Tolaj and Z. Mr. Manager-Management Director. Avni Jashari, meeting with Public Administration Minister Mr. Mahir Yagcilar, under which the agreement for the payment of expropriation for N property has been signed. S. The bank of Ljubljana and N. S. Metal Holding.
Based on the government's decision of the Republic of Kosovo by no. 06/104 of August 10, 2016, for expropriation of land and NSh “Lanka” and part of the N target. SH “Metal Holding” (PRN044), as well as based on AKP Board of Directors' decision No. ref. BD-15/16 of the 2903.2019 date, parties through this Understanding Agreement have set the criteria for carrying out financial means for compensation for the expropriation of property, as well as for registering cadastral books on behalf of the new title.
As a result of this agreement, the fastest preparation of the Lubjan Bank's list of workers will be allowed, payments to workers of NSH Metal Holding, as well as creditors of NSH Metal Holding.
