A new study has concluded that women are better leaders than men. The study has assessed the personality and characteristics of approximately 3,000 managers.
In almost all fields and aspects, they have concluded that women are far better leaders than men.
Females have proved better than men in four of the five categories that researchers have studied: clear communication and initiative; openness and ability to invent new things; in support and society; and in metocical management.
However, researchers have also claimed that men are better than women in the stress encounter and have shown higher levels of emotional stability.
We hope that the results of these studies will change the standards of different jobs and companies.
