According to science, studies show that sex certainly has numerous health benefits. Stress relief, improved sleep, reduced blood pressure, and increased immunity are some of them.

However, these are not the only benefits. A study by the University of San Francisco came to conclusions that if you at least have sex ONE time a week, you can protect DNA.

This can cause you to live longer and long to maintain the coolness of youth.

Researchers examined the sex life of 129 mothers for a week, which offered a daily report including conflict, privacy, satisfaction, and so forth.

According to reports, it was noted that mothers who had active sexual relations at least once a week had more telomeriums on DNA structure and components responsible for aging cells than other women.

How do telomeres affect?

In time, they are destroyed in the cell as a result of aging or the use of alcohol, but the study showed that regular sex can repair and prolong them by keeping healthy cells.
