Thaci, Haradinaj's Veselini hide expenses

On February 11th, in the Presidencys, in the country of the government “Koha Ditore” has addressed the demand for access to expenditures that have made the titles of these institutions, but also each of their cabinet members.
On Monday, they have expired all deadlines that determine the Law for access to public documents in terms of providing answers. Article 7 of the law stipulates that the public institution is obliged to make a decision within 7 days of registration of demand, to allow access to the required document, or to provide written answers to justify complete or partial rejection, while Article 8 predicts the situation when it can continue at most until 15 days the duration of offering the answer.
Within that time, the highest state institution has offered a report showing communicative spending for the entire presidency, while the Parliament has used an excuse to hide expenses, while the government has offered negative answers without giving any excuses.
Based on the presidency's response, last year this institution has exceeded the planned spending on travel abroad. The planned stood at exactly 700 thousand euros, while the limit was exceeded, as expenses have been made at 104.44 percent.
