He has said that the situation is already under control and that the processes are moving forward in a positive way.
Solving the problem between Kosovo and Serbia and functioning the state of Bosnia, he sees as the last two points, which will make the Balkans a stable region.
“Balkan is slowly getting out of the instability zone that has lasted for decades [that many have also called gunpowder power]. But there are still two points to be resolved. Reports between Pristina and Belgrade and resolving Bosnia and Herzegovina's functional status, which would result in the full integration of the Balkans”, Xhaferi has said of Montenegrin media.
Among other things, he said Serbia's will to join should be respected NATO, and their commitment to integration into the European Union.
