The deportation of six Turkish citizens from Kosovo has been assessed as kidnapping by the Council for Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms (KMDLNJ).
The chairman of this organisation, Behxhet Shala, has told “Zerin” that the expulsion of Turkish citizens has been in conflict with all international human rights organisations.
“We are dealing with an illegal and punishable act, which seriously violates human rights, the rights of persons seeking political refuge due to the risks they have in the country from and is contrary to all international human rights organisations and refugee rights. We as KMDLNJ's deportation we called kidnapping”, he said.
Shala has said that Kosovo has been identified as a human rights violator and that it will have to pay a big price because of the expulsion of gilensists.
This is an indicator that Kosovo has been identified as a human rights violator. The worst will come later, except that Kosovo has now entered all human rights violators' lists, when it becomes a member of the Council of Europe is sure that those who have been arrested or their families will sue the state of Kosovo at the Court for Human Rights. I am sure that Kosovo will miss the opportunity and will be forced to pay a very large price, even material”, he added.
