The court has decided to start the trial of the Tahiri case. Former Prime Minister Tahiri has sought to dismiss the case by the judge.

The Randa Criminals Prosecutor closed the investigation on 28 February and brought Saimir Tahiri's file to the Court on charges of “Narcotics trafficking” under the structured criminal group “Habilaj” and “passive corruption of top state officials”.
