Russia has voted a document on the 20th anniversary of NATO's attacks on Serbia and Montenegro, where it condemns the act.
Tanjug reports referring to Sputnik, that the text of the resolution document says that the <x0-initiators of this crime should give responsibility”, writes B92, as Pryscope follows.
“Unfortunately, the lecture has not been learned, and NATO has continued to operate the same in countries like Iraq, Libya, Syria and today threatens Venezuela, Cuba and Nicaragua”, the document reads.
“This way, even with Kosovo's 2008 declaration of independence and its accession on the part of several states, shows that NATO represents from the start a support of separatism and conflict on the territory of the former Yugoslavia”, it is said further in the document.
Furthermore, the Council of the Russian Federation says that Qaeda facts the Kosovo issue is a precedent for international relations, which has made the issue of countries that have not yet been recognised” extremely complicated, the document says further./Periscopi/
