RTK: Beautiful Russians, dangerous spies in Kosovo

However, Russians also have one criterion: Their secret agents must also be beautiful. Several cases have been noted in Kosovo when Russian citizens attend for spying purposes.
Several days ago in the media it was reported that a senior UNMIK official named Jana Minochkina was caught stealing from a store in downtown Pristina.
However, security institutions' data said she was most likely an agent of Russian secret services. The last case, however, is Julia Genadievna Lucevnikovas, whose case was reported by citizens themselves that it was seen photographing objects of institutions in the Republic of Kosovo.
In both cases, the actions of the Russians, both of Jana Minochkina and Julia Luchevnikova, are suspicious of spying activities.
RTK's source (safeguard expert), which wanted to remain anonymous, says last year it has intensified and exacerbated the activity of Russian Federation intelligence services in Kosovo.
“Taking into account that after Russia's failure to prevent Montenegro's membership in NATO, then after failing to obstruct the agreement between Greece and Northern Macedonia on the name issue, only Kosovo and Serbia remain the suitable ground for Russian agents. It is true that several cases have been recorded in Kosovo that have been reported as spying activity, and that is dangerous. These women's case is disturbing. These two are numbered, but we need to consider how many others such as these are not numbered”, this source said.
According to the data, Russian national Julia Lucevnikova has been detained by Kosovo Police in Pristina, but has refused to respond to authorities. According to these reports, Julia Lucevnikova has even had no luggage with her except some documents that, according to security experts, serve to disguise her activity.
It's strange how a case like this comes from Russia with no other garment with no luggage. She has been caught only by documents allegedly working in Russia's Post, but during the car raid, several other documents have been found that have also served to prove she allegedly works at a court in Moscow. This is called cover-up for spying or intelligence activity. And more evidence of this suspicion is that it has photographed objects of particular importance”, RTK's source said.
The editorial has learned that Lucevnikova had a large number of bank cards with her. She was pronounced fines in the amount of 250 euros for her work, but since there was no cash available, she was asked to leave the ATM. However, the same had never agreed to place its card in Kosovo's ATMs, fearing the discovery of eventual transactions that have been carried out through these bank accounts.
Russian spies are characterized by beauty so that they can be accepted more easily into undercover society.
The case of Jana Minochkina, which has a wide network of Albanian collaborators in Kosovo and Albania, is the best illustration of this. Jana Minochkina is married to the citizen of the Republic of Albania L.B. and still operates in Kosovo.
Subsequently, secret agents have special skills to engage in society. Depending on their duties, some want only to receive information, such as the Julia case that has photographed objects of particular importance, while some have the duty to extend influence by showing importance to helping the community, but the purpose in essence is spying. And their appearance, dignified appearance, and beauty are just bait to get faster to information of”, RTK's source said.
Russians and Serbs are best collaborators in the field and intelligence services. In the middle of last month, an intelligence military service officer, known as ADIV, was charged with working for the Russians. According to reliable Belgian information, he was caught giving classified information to a Serb citizen who was working for Russian services.
Belgu Clement Vandeborre was chief of counterspiration in Belgian service.
