Arkan tigers massacre 350 Albanians in May 

The so-called Tigers of Arkan, led by Zeljko Raznatovic Arkan, were active and volunteers in Meja between April 27th and April 28, 1999. Nike Peraj, a Yugoslav Army officer, had witnessed this too.
