The two-hour concert has been broadcast live and can be seen on the official YouTube channel Red Hot Chili Peppers.
Otherwise, holding concerts before the Pyramid in Giza, supported by the Egyptian Tourism Ministry, is seen as an attempt to bring tourists to the country after political unrest and terrorist attacks that have shocked the world public in recent years.
