There is nothing more satisfying and relaxing than a good sleep, yet there are many things that can affect your sleep quality.
From what you eat to the time when you drink your last coffee, everything has an impact on your sleep quality, including your career.
According to research by Hillarys, the average amount of sleep you do overnight depends largely on your work, where medical workers rest at least (approximately only 4 hours and 15 minutes), while those who deal with the hair industry and beauty do double (an average of 9 hours and 40 minutes per night).
In this survey, about 5,000 Britons have been surveyed as to whether they think they sleep enough, where only 11% of them have responded to “PO”.
The remaining 89% believe they sleep less than they need.
However, researchers have then asked respondents what they do and have found a connection between career and amount of sleep.
According to them, the workers of these five industries tend to sleep at least:
1: Health workers 4 hours 15 minutes
2: Law advocates 4 hours and 30 minutes
3: Teachers
4: Journalists 4 hours and 50 minutes
5: Tourism Industry 5 hours
Meanwhile, these are the five industries you need to work on if you want to get more sleep:
1: Hair and beauty industry - 9 hours and 40 minutes
2: Telemarketing eight hours and 45 minutes
3: Insurance: 8 hours and 20 minutes
4: Text
5: Builder eight hours and 10 minutes.
All respondents have said that stress and high caffeine consumption are among the main factors keeping them awake at night.
