1. Massage your ears

Massage your ears can help you wake up completely. This can be done early in the morning while you are still lying in bed.

Applying stimulation to sensitive ear parts can have a positive effect on how energetic and lively you will feel.

2. Drink a glass of warm lemon water

There are many reasons why you should say no to coffee this morning in favor of a glass of hot water.

This will improve the work of your digestive system, kidneys and intestines; it can help remove toxins from your body; it can strengthen your immunity ʹ the benefits will be seen clearly.

You don't need to squeeze the juice out of a whole lemon for a glass, though a quarter is enough. If you decide to drink this, you better wait 20 or 30 minutes before breakfast.

3. Clean Up Your Language

We all know you have to clean your teeth twice a day.

But you don't have to stop there: a large number of bacteria also accumulate in your language, and that's what can give you bad breath and lead to dental plates, tooth decay and problems with your gums.

To clean your tongue, all you need is a regular toothbrush. Just be careful not to clean it thoroughly, otherwise you can damage the surface of your tongue.

4. Eat a spoon of honey

Honey fills you with energy, stimulates your memory and productivity, heals coughs, and relieves allergic symptoms. For these and more reasons, starting with a teaspoon is certainly a good idea.

Ideally, it should be fresh and natural honey and you should consume it 10 to 15 minutes before breakfast.

If it's too tasty for you, you can share it in a glass of water.

5. Washing your mouth with hydrogen peroxide solution

You can end your morning routine by washing your mouth with the solution to hydrogen peroxide. There's nothing dangerous in this, as long as you stay in the right report: 5-7 3% digestive points, for 50 ml water.

Besides, make sure you add the solution to the water and not the other way around.

This procedure will help you whiteen your teeth, remove bad - smelling breathing, and heal and protect your gums.
